Iconic custom-built home in Tulsa, Oklahoma is for sale AS-IS for $415K. Thing is, from what I understand, it needs work and has extensive water damage, but it’s very cool inside. Take a look-

Entrance down at the bottom has water damage in the ceiling and a black mold remediation situation. 

From the entrance, you take the elevator to the top. I don’t see any stairs, though. 

Has a great view.

That wide door is the elevator.

It has a nice big terrace. Very nice, right?

What an expansive open concept space. You can see some of the water damage on the floor boards. Love the ceiling.

It appears that the leaking is coming from the windows- there’s some damage up top, too. The compact kitchen has everything you need.

It has 2 spacious bedrooms. 

And 3 large baths. 

The laundry/utility room has a shower.

Would be nice if that hydraulic lift in the garage comes with it, in case you can’t use the elevator. 

I don’t know what I’m looking at here, the elevator? 

If I had the money to fix it up, I’d buy it. I really like it.
