You must provide the link to the fic necessarily
The fic must be uploaded on AO3, as that’s the site I use and I’ll have to read the fic first before posting
The information needed to be provided in the ask: Name of the fic, if it’s finished or still in development or abandoned, characters, character pairings, number of chapters as of the moment of the ask being sent, the synopsis of the story, link of the fic (as stated before)
Non-obligatory relevant information you can add: characters, tags, word length, relevant triggers if necessary, rating, language, etc
Don't send me private messages unless absolutely necessary. If you don't state what you want in the first message I'll block you

Add art and/or a playlist relevant to the fic if you so want
Add any necessary extra information relevant to the fic, like context, inspiration, etc

Send more than one fic per ask
Send AI generated fics
Send any fics not available to read on AO3
Send any non-Sonic fics
Send any crossover fics. This is a Sonic blog, frankly I’m not interested on reading anything outside of that fandom for this blog

Add any comment not related to the fic or the blog
Send a fic where there’s a blatantly obvious misstag

If any rules are broken, the ask will simply be deleted and not acknowledged
Recommendations:
Fics will ONLY be accepted in English or Spanish. This is because those are the languages I know.
Don’t expect constant updates. If you ever wonder “what is taking the mod so long to publish my fic?” I’m one person and I’m managing like 7 other blogs, that’s why
If the tags aren’t set in stone and will be constantly updated whenever you update, you MUST specify so in asks
PLEASE word and format your asks the best way you can. You’d save me so much time that way so I can just copy paste your ask into the post
I generally consider Sonic.EXE as a separate fandom, but it’ll be allowed regardless as long as it’s not THAT unattached to Sonic and/or its understandable by its own without any external context needed. The anti crossover fic rule is mostly to avoid confusion with the mod
Other notes:
I’m generally a multi shipper and I’m mostly fine with most ships. However, there’re some ships I won’t read. It is not in my interest to put on the spot said ships or its fans, so if you send a fic with a ship I dislike I’ll just quietly not post it. However, that’ll barely ever happen, so mostly don’t worry about it.
My first language isn’t english, so I might take longer to read English fics, specifically if they’re long ones
In this blog, you can submit any tier list about Sonic characters, games, etc. Anywhere from "Best playable character in x game" to "Ranking how likely every character is to confuse an orange with a lemon"
If you want a specific selection of characters to be featured, it's recommended that you link the tier list template you'd like me to use, otherwise I'll just use the first I find. All the tier list suggested will be made in this site.
Rules
Anything unrelated to Sonic will not be answered to.
Suggestive polls will be allowed as long as it's in a reasonable range (what is reasonable I'll decide case by case) and the characters featured will be reduced. As of current years Sonic characters don't have ages anymore, but there's characters that are still clearly written as children (Tails, Cream, Sage, etc) so they'll be always excluded from suggestive tier lists.
Be respectful of my and everyone else's opinions. Or just behave in general
If you go to my dms and just say "hi" without explaining what you want I'll just block you and assume you're a bot. Want to say something? Say it without greetings.

I was just wondering - I live in a timezone where my date is often one ahead of the rest of the world, or America, at least. Is there any specific timezone I should whack into a converter to figure out when to publish pieces? No worries if that's too prying, I can always just take my best guess. Thanks again!
Each day there will be a pinned post at midnight London time which will officially 'start' that day. Submissions for that day's prompts can be posted anytime after it, including later in the week (so if it's Day 3 and you want to post something for Day 1, that's perfectly fine too).
Other than that, posting time is completely up to your preference of what works best for you.

Recently we got a message in our inbox from a follower about the content of the blog that we’d like to address. The follower was very polite with their comments, and we hope to be equally as polite with the response.
The follower was concerned that there has been a change in tone for the blog. While we’re unsure that’s true, we do want to reiterate the purpose of the blog since it’s helpful to do so every now and again.
This blog was started around 2016 in order to be an extension of the @dramioneasks Thoughts and Opinions page. (All of the moderators for this blog are also moderators for that blog. It has never been intended to be a personal page.) It was started because we were getting a lot of really cool opinions and fancasts on that page, and then people would reply to them with other really cool opinions and fancasts (in what we think of as a “topic cycle”), and we didn’t want that to get in the way of our ability to share some really cool fics with our followers.
That’s what seems to be happening right now on this blog. Some participants have made different comments about a couple of topics in particular (namely Hermione as a POC and anti-Ron), and we--as a group--seem to be cycling through those topics. These are discussions that the fandom in general is having, and the reason we created this blog was to help people be able to vent about them. But we, as moderators, are also humans and also fans, and we also have opinions that we want to share, so sometimes we include our own take. That will not change for this blog.
What we’ve established from the beginning is that there is not supposed to be any hatorade on this blog. (Hatorade is an amalgamation of the words hate and gatorade, which has been in slang use since at least 2008.) It’s okay if you want to share an opinion, even an unpopular one. We love lively discussions. What’s not okay is to call other members of other fandoms, or specific authors, or other Dramione fans, or the moderators, or basically anyone a name. It’s not okay to describe any group by disparaging adjectives. We are all smarter than that and able to come up with more accurate vocabulary to talk about our feelings and opinions.
We love serving you in this role as moderators. We love participating in discussion with you. We ask for patience as we wade through certain topics of conversation as they go through a dominant topic cycle, and we ask you to be kind to others as you interact with our blog.

For personal reasons, they haven't been able to directly post polls around here for some time now, and it's becoming clear that my way of managing this account doesn't satisfy most people and it leaves a lot of be desired.
I want this blog to be the best it can be, and I'm not doing the best of jobs at it. That's to say, we'll be taking in volunteers in case anyone wants to become a mod on this blog.
