Let me just say this : she definitely wanted Peter more but that doesnāt take away from the fact that Bryan was her favorite all season long (first impression rose, always first at the rose ceremony, matching watches etcā¦). All the guys confirmed they noticed pretty early on that he was the top contender.
As for Peter himself, I side-eyed him a lot during the finale. TheĀ āmediocre lifeā comment, saying heāll make the SACRIFICE of proposing to her then during the live show when he said he feltĀ āattackedā lowkey grappling onto the angry black women narrativeā¦.
That breakup was BRUTAL tho, LORD. I used to doubt that Peter was THAT into her but that moment erased any doubt, thereās no way he faked alladat lol.They essentially wanted the same thing, itās just that Rachel wanted the security of the ring and Peter wasnāt willing ti compromise on that. Iāll be ready to drag him when heās announced as the bachelor tho because how is 8 weeks not enough for you to propose to a woman BUT you are willing to spend that same amount of time with 30+ women who expect a ring at the end?
Anyways, they did Rachel super dirty all season long by focusing SO MUCH on Peter & not showing the connections she made with the other guys, especially Bryan. Iām still not 100% sold about him BUT Iāll give him credit : Rachel was always his focus, he never got into any drama in the house AND he never engaged in ANY of the hate when people were constantly slandering his name. I love Rachel & I hope they last.
Do you think they will break up WA for a few episodes? The tainted part Iris talks about has me wondering.
I donāt think theyāll break up at all (Iris is too ride or die and loyal for that) because their actual relationship started prior to Savitar and knowing he at least tries to kill her.
