The champions (current and former, they can leave after they lose the title if they want to, most do) of each region have a group chat together.

In the champ chat, everyone has their own nicknames. Except for Red. It's just his name in capital letters. People have tried to give him nicknames. He changes it back every time.

Headcanons for Keiko Watanabe, the Ultimate Reaper
Despite being the Ultimate Reaper, gentle Keiko wouldn’t want to hurt anyone willingly. She would have prefer to have a different talent more suited to her kind temperament.
Keiko was approached directly by Junko Enoshima before she fell into despair after her friends had fallen (she’d be in the same class as the SDR2 cast). She was forced to watch a feed of her friends committing atrocities in the name of despair, which resulted in gentle Keiko turning into an Ultimate Despair.
As an Ultimate Despair, Keiko retains her gentle speech patterns; however she indulges on her talent by moving just as a shinigami (god of death/reaper) would. She has killed many people using a variety of methods and weapons at her disposal. Her attire also switches from her usual pastel color schemes to darker, more Gothic styles
When the Remnants of Despair are reverted back to who they were before Junko’s brainwashing, Keiko isolated herself away from her friends. Because of her usually gentle nature and the fact that she retained her memories of the atrocious murders she committed as a Despair, she feels far too guilty to cross paths with her classmates and even her closest friends.
Keiko is sensitive and feels things very deeply. Loneliness, guilt, anger, love–you name it.
The ones Keiko is close to are Hajime, Sonia, and Gundham. She mostly finds little quirks of their personality endearing, so she’s often amused hanging around them. She would definitely avoid those three the most after being reverted back to normal from being a Remnant out of her own guilt, but would do her own atonement independently of the others. She would leave a musk rose, a blue rose, and a tea rose (who gets what I’ll leave up to you if you look up their meanings~) to her closest friends to signify that she is alive and well. Only when those flowers stop appearing is a sign that Keiko would have disappeared from the world. Â
