Ben Solo is the type that falls hard and fast for people, but it was surprising when he fell in love with you

He was loud and obnoxious, needy for attention, especially yours.You’re used to him by now even though he kinda intimidates you, he made you feel even more shy than usual.

Ben thinks your shyness is absolutely adorable, even though he wishes you’d be less afraid to speak up more. And when you do speak, it’s memorable and meaningful so he really holds on to your words

He calls you a lot and you think it’s because he does this with all his friends, but Ben really just misses you. Sometimes you like to be by yourself and he really notices when you’re not there. When he does call, he tends to talk more, tell you about his day and stuff going on at work. “Y/N, are you still there?” Is something he has to ask sometimes. He breathes a sigh of relief when you say yes.

Sometimes he calls right when you’re going to bed and you don’t want to be rude so unless you’re busy you always pick up. Even if they make you stay up, these are the calls that always turn into something deeper than small talk. It’s kinda…nice.

When you do talk, he’s a great listener. He kinda pushes you to talk more because he wants to hear from you, about your day no matter how boring you might think it was.  

“What are you doing?” He’ll ask you. 

“Lying in bed,” You’re always honest when he asks this.

“Right, it’s pretty late..” He drawls off. He was paranoid that he was being annoying, the last thing he would want would be to push your boundaries. He already felt like he was taking advantage of your kindness, but he felt like his heart would burst if he didn’t talk to you

Ben can’t believe you don’t notice his feelings, he swears he can always feel himself blushing when he’s around you.

He finally breaks when he sees another guy flirting with you at a party, you of course were just trying to be polite as always but looked visibly uncomfortable. It doesn’t help that the dress that you’re wearing is really turning him on, it only makes him more jealous.

He goes over to you and puts his arm around your waist, telling the guy to back off of his girlfriend. Of course, he doesn’t believe Ben, if he was your boyfriend why would he let you on your own with a random guy.

What you do surprises everyone, when you kiss Ben right on the lips.

Ben is feeling so intensely for you in that moment that he can’t help but blurting out I love you then and there. It was something that had been on the tip of his tongue for a while whenever he spoke with you, and Ben was not good at keeping his mouth shut

He feels so embarrassed and afraid that you’ll reject him that he runs awayYou are just as afraid, and just leave the party

When you don’t get a random intrusive call from Ben for a few days you realize you really miss him as annoying as he can be. On top of that the fact that he loves you makes his strange behavior more understandable, and really sweet. You realize, you really like Ben

It’s scary, but you gather your courage to visit him. He’s a wreck, instead of being giddy and talkative like he usually is he’s quiet and melancholy. “I’m such an idiot,” Is the first thing he says when he does speak. “No you’re not, you’re actually kind of cute,” You confess.

a/n: Yes! Yes you can, and I might have gone a little wild with this so hopefully you like it.

You should’ve recognized that something was off that day, with the feeling of an itch you couldn’t place. Your skin felt too hot, and you couldn’t stand keeping your shirt completely button even if it wasn’t in regulation.

Ben, one of the Solo brothers who was your coworker and friend, took notice of your unneasiness. It’s not that he wasn’t normally distracted by you, but with all your fidgeting he could barely stop himself from looking over at you. He could barely concentrate on his work today because of it.

“Hey, what’s up with you today?” Ben asks you in the breakroom.

“What do you mean?” You don’t know what he’s talking about, completely ignoring all of the warning signs.

“Come on you know, kid you’re all over the place today. I don’t know how you’ve gotten any work done.” Ben says as he takes a sip of his coffee.

“Well I have, and I’m actually going to go back and get some more work done. I know, surprising,” You roll your eyes.

Ben shakes his head as he watches you walk away, he just knew something was up. He texts into the groupchat with his brothers, ‘y/n is acting weird today’.

It wasn’t until you finished dinner that you realized what that familiar ache was, panic set into your chest. You were not prepared for this. Before you could lock your doors, the transformation started and it was too late for you.

Meanwhile, Ben was still worried and decided to check up on you with his brothers, bringing some beer as an excuse. “I hope they’re okay,” Matt says. Their questions are answered when they see your front door, which looks like it’s been destroyed by some type of animal.

“Shit, they’re loose,” Ben curses. He just knew this was bound to happen; you always went too long without transforming, making that part of you go insane. It just wasn’t healthy. The triplets were always looking out for you, especially as they were responsible for your condition in the first place. You didn’t necessarily mind it, it certainly helped you bond with them and it was kind of cool. But in return they were very protective of you, the newest member of their little pack.

“I’ll go find y/n,” Kylo finally breaks his silence.

“I’m coming with you,” Ben gets out of the car.

“Hey guys wait!” Matt runs after his brothers. He wanted to find you too, he knew he could be useful here.

Kylo strips down and transforms so that he can track you by scent better, while Matt and Ben run behind him. They smelled blood and Matt looks at Ben with concern, just hoping that you weren’t hurt.

It’s an hour later when Kylo finds you, though you had a head start into the woods he could easily catch up with you. You’re eating a deer, muzzle covered in blood. Protective of your meal that you just worked hard to hunt, you growl at the black wolf approaching. Your wolf was still immature and didn’t understand just how outmatched you were, and you didn’t recognize your alpha either. “They don’t recognize him,” Matt whispers to Ben.

“They’ve gone feral, did you bring the sedative?”

“Yeah,” Matt sighs. He was hoping that he didn’t have to use it though. He hated having to restrain you like this, you would always whimper and whine and it made him feel so guilty sometimes his brothers would have to hold him back from giving in to you. Ben always told him not to feel bad, but how could he not when he was the one responsible for this happening to you?

“Alright, Kylo is going to pin them and you need to giver her that, can you do it?” Ben knew that Matt had trouble with this.

“I can do it,” Matt states confidently.

Before you get the chance to attack Kylo for encroaching on your territory, he tackles you to the ground so that you’re belly up. You can hear a voice telling you to submit in your head, but you fight against him; nipping and scratching, trying to get away. Kylo bears more of his weight on you, now taking your neck in his jaw to ensure that you can’t move. It was harsh, but it was for your own safety.

Matt’s creeping up on you, getting ready to sedate you but he pauses when he hears you whimper. Dammit. He feels frozen, his heart breaking at your cries. He doesn’t get another moment to hesitate when Ben grabs the syringe from his hand, doing what he wasn’t willing to do. Matt kneels down to pet your head, “It’s alright, shh just sleep,” He soothes you. Your big sad eyes look up at him and he almost wants to cry.

“Hey, you know why we have to do this,” Ben comforts him by placing a hand on his shoulder. His brother was so empathetic sometimes that he would forget, the consequences of you being feral in the forest on your own were far more dangerous. There was a reason wolves travelled in packs.

“I know, I just hate seeing Y/N cry,” Matt sniffles. Ben nods in understanding.

“Come on, Kylo we need your help to carry her back,” Ben looks at his older brother. He transforms back and easily lifts you over his shoulder before Matt and Ben can even get the chance to help. Ben could tell that Kylo was frustrated with you, that you hadn’t listened and that you didn’t recognize him. Although he was quiet about you, it was obvious that he worried and cared for you the most out of the three. You were his baby, after all, and he loved you dearly.

They take you back to their place instead, as your door is broken down which leaves your place insecure. Plus, they have the proper equipment to keep you restrained. Kylo lays you down on the nest that he made in the basement and chains you up so that you can’t escape, and lastly the muzzle. He leaves a kiss on your muzzle, fingers weaving through you fur. But he can’t stay, looking at you like this makes anger bubble in his chest and he wouldn’t want to lash out at you. So, he keeps his distance and lets his brothers watch over you.

Matt doesn’t leave your side, and he’s the one who’s there when you wake, big eyes opening to stare at him. You panic when you realize that you’re restrained, begin whimpering to be let free by whatever strange man is holding you here. Matt only sighs and begins trying to comfort you, he hoped this wouldn’t last too long. “It’s okay sweetie, it’s okay.”

When Matt can’t take hearing you upset anymore Ben steps in, drinking a beer as he scratches behind your ear periodically. You’ve eventually worn yourself out and just lie there, watching to make sure that the strangers don’t do anything to you. A part of you loves their touches, soft words and loving pets, but right now that part of you is still lost to the violent call of instinct.

Ben’s asleep when Kylo finally comes down, with a brush and wash cloth to remove some of the grime. He removes your muzzle to clean your still bloody mouth, hand around your jaw so that you couldn’t bite him. “You are such a brat, you are lucky I am patient with you,” He stares at you, knowing that you can understand him. Finally learning, you relax and allow this alpha to groom you.

Kylo returned to the cave everyday after that, hoping that’d he see you again. Day after day he’d wait for hours until he grew frustrated and gave up, swimming away to carry on with business. He just couldn’t get you out of his head; he was almost beginning to regret not stealing you away.

What a beautiful human He thought wistfully, smiling to himself. Maybe if he kept on coming to the cave, you’d return one day. But, as his patience was wearing thin, Kylo decided to use a much more powerful mechanism to attract you to him.

It was thundering out when you finally fell asleep, mind so occupied that nothing but pure exhaustion could turn it off. Even though it had been a few weeks you just couldn’t stop thinking about the merman. Afterwards, you had even doubted whether or not it was real, or if it was just a memory of a dream. Though you swore you could still feel your lips faintly tingling, from the last kiss that he left you with.

Those thoughts melted away into a sea of impulses, and your body finally felt the relief of sleep. Eventually you dreamed, so vividly that it felt real.

Anon next time can you please request more of a plot! It just makes it a whole lot easier and less time consuming. We also don’t really do full fledged fics, because that would be too much for this type of blog. That being said, I think you’ll like this

When you first meet him it’s on the water, you’re taking a walk and you stumble upon a series of caves; that seemed to appear out of nowhere. You decide to venture inside, walking on a ledge around a clear, blue pool. The water here seemed to be different too, it glimmered even though there was no light and it was still despite the waves outside of the cave.

You sat down on the ledge and dipped your legs in the water, enjoying the cool liquid lapping at your skin. You stay like that for a moment, taking the time to reflect on the serene beauty around you. It was hard to believe that you were the only one here; this place was truly a hidden gem.

You feel something very faintly brush against your leg, but pay it no mind, it as probably just a fish and that wasn’t something to fear. What does scare you is when you feel a strong hand suddenly wrap around your leg, startling enough for you to quickly pull your legs out of the water.

A man surfaces from under the water, tilting his head and giving you a questioning look. “What the hell?” You ask. Where did he even come from? You didn’t see anyone around it was definitely too far to hold his breath and swim here. The man reaches out and grabs your foot, inspecting it like he’s never seen one before. Then he runs his hand over the skin of your leg and you shiver, “So soft,” He murmurs. 

He had never seen anyone like you before, a human. Kylo never thought that you would be so pretty; he always heard horror stories about humans, destroying the sea with their waste. But you were different, precious. He was almost tempted to keep you as one of his treasures; perhaps you could be a pet.

“Hey! Let my leg go.” You demand, trying to jerk your foot away from his grasp. This was so strange, but you couldn’t help but admire the man, there was something ethereal to him. Then you notice the tail, fin just sticking out behind him. You gasp and scoot back against the wall of the cave, finally freeing yourself from his hold.

“Don’t be afraid human,” He consoles you, gently petting at your leg. He was absolutely fascinated by them, and your skin felt so warm under his fingertips.

“What even are you? A merman?”

“Yes, you may call me Kylo, precious thing.” He winks at you, flopping his tailfin as if he’s trying to impress you. The scales are a brilliant red, shining like a ruby surrounding a pearly white.

“I’m Y/N.” You extend your hand, Kylo looks at it strangely. He doesn’t understand, but as you’re about to pull it back he grabs it, and with one strong tug your in the water.

“What the fuck!” You cough and sputter, accidentally swallowing some water. You rest on hand on the cave ledge to keep you afloat, though the water makes you feel surprisingly buoyant. “I only meant to shake your hand not for you to pull me in, ugh and now my clothes are all wet,” You complain.

Kylo swims closer to you, caging you against the ledge with his strong arms and broad chest. With great softness he pushes a strand of hair off of your face, he had to be careful because he could sense that you were still afraid. And he couldn’t mess this up, it had been so long since he had a companion, and you seemed so sweet.

He smiles at you before saying, “You could just take your clothes off. They’re useless here anyways.”

“You mean you guys are always naked!” Kylo laughs at your remark. Your naivety was quite charming. He had missed this, talking with others besides his Knights, especially such a beautiful creature.

“We’ve never had a use for such coverings.” He explains, touching the fabric of your shirt and giving it a look of disgust. “Besides, I’m curious what you look like under this, if humans are as different as they say.” He begins to lift the fabric of your shirt, moving closer to take a peak. You stop him by slapping his hand away, placing your hand protectively over your chest.

“Stop that, you can’t just look at my breasts.”

“Why not?” Your modesty doesn’t make sense to him, it doesn’t exist to him either, mermaids are much less ashamed of their nudity and sexuality then humans are.

“Because, it’s private.”

“Humans are so strange.” Kylo shakes his head.  

“Oh well I could say the same for you.” You roll you eyes. Something comes over Kylo and his eyes glaze over as if he’s just suddenly zoned out, then his faces turns into one of concern. “We must hide, someone’s coming. They can’t see you here.” He whispers hurriedly.  

You’re about to ask just where he plans on hiding you but your swiftly pulled under water with him. You can’t see where you are but you can feel Kylo holding you tightly against him. Of course, he forgets that you can’t breathe and you begin beating his chest to release you. “What’s wrong?” His voice echoes in your head. “Air!” Your thoughts scream back at him.

Then you feel his lips on you, kissing wasn’t going to help right now! Panic fills your thoughts; you were going to drown. “Open your mouth.” His voice commands, you oblige without thinking and feel the relief of air rushing into your lungs. He gives you a few more breaths like that, before you can finally resurface and breathe normally.

“I’m so sorry to scare you Y/N, but the fate of meeting that man would be much worse, trust me.” He promises. Snoke couldn’t find you; he couldn’t let Snoke take you away from him.

“Okay, just…please don’t do that again.” You ask, you had enough for one day. You lift yourself back up on the ledge.

“What are you doing?” He doesn’t want you to leave, and he had just met you. He wanted you to stay; no he needed you to stay.

“Kylo, I should go, it could come back; it was nice meeting you.” You’re about to stand but he grabs your foot, signaling you to lean down towards him. He braces an arm on the ledge and lifts himself to you, cupping your face and bringing you to his lips for one last kiss.

“Can you come back?”

“I don’t know,” You say. Kylo looks at you sadly, he should have known. He couldn’t just keep you for himself, you may be human but you were not a pet as much as he wished you would be. He couldn’t just expect you to suddenly supply all of the love and attention he so craved.

“Goodbye, sweet girl.” He smiles sadly to you.
