Participants - check your emails! The last check-in form has been sent out. You have until 11:59pm EST on Sunday, October 26th, to fill it out.

The form is just a few quick questions, and you do not need to submit your current draft - yet - and you can easily fill it out from a smartphone browser. The posting deadline is 2 weeks away on November 3rd.

As a brief reminder, this event relies on open communication to run smoothly. If you have not completed the check-in or otherwise contacted the mod team before October 26th, you risk being removed from the event and your recipient's prompts being reassigned. That said, our inbox is always open if you have questions or want help with anything. We love hearing from you!

Sasha is a tactile person, that’s just a given

Always has an arm draped over your shoulder, rests her chin on the top of your head, everything. Even when the two of you were just friends the pair of you were very free with your touch

So here you are, wrapped in a blanket on a couch in Sasha’s flat, tucked into her side as some shitty movie that you don’t remember the name of plays. You play with her hair, weaving small braids in as you listen to her talk and ramble on about work that day, resisting the urge to lay soft kisses along the side of her throat, just to feel the warmth of her skin against yours.. “And then Tim went ahead and-”

“Tim?”

“Oh yeah! Haven’t I introduced the two of you yet? Must have slipped my mind, but you’ll love him. Terrible jokes, and an even worse fashion sense, but smart as hell, but he’ll never tell you that, or admit to it. He’s tactile too, so we could bring him into this if you wanted?”

You hum, considering the proposal

“We’ll see how it goes then, and we can decide later.” Sasha repeats, pulling you closer into her side as she guides your chin to look at her, eyes intent on your own, dropping to your lips for a second, probably less before returning to your eyes.

introduction: hello hello! i'm so happy to be here, and i'm even happier that you're here giving us a chance! i'm an english degree turned project manager - it's a dangerous pipeline, if you ask me.

i was one of the head mods for @batgirls-zine, which ended in june.

i've had a passion for creating my entire life, and i love video games as a medium. they're so versatile, and i'd love to see what a zine could do to show that medium in still form.

my favorite games include little nightmares, house flipper, and i'm slowly working through iris fall (puzzles are my nemesis but i'm determined!). i'm also an indie horror game lover, but anything indie has a spark that no triple-A game can bring to me.

storyline-wise, hades fascinates me in a way i'll never move on from, and portal has something special that still holds up today for me.
