Byleth with Edelgard

Byleth would make sure she is okay first things first

She is wide awake and is anxious to get out of the infirmary

She rants to Byleth on how there are a million things she should being doing right now that are more important than rest

Byleth politely tells her that her health is high priority

She cant solve the world’s problems if she is badly injured

Manuela also puts her in her place if she doesn’t shut up about wanting to leave without proper healing

Byleth proposes to help with whatever she needs to do after she has recovered (joins edelgards side)

Edelgard reluctantly agrees to Byleth’s terms

Byleth with Dimitri

Byleth walks in the infirmary and sees that he has just woken up

Dimitri insists that he is in good health when the bags under his eyes and the wincing in his voice say otherwise

Byleth strongly suggests that Dimitri get some rest before trying to do anything else

Unlike Edelgard, Dimitri puts up less of a fight and is happy that the professor cares so much about his well being

Dimitri promises to repay him for it later

Byleth with Claude

After hearing that Claude inflicted a serious injury, Byleth quickly made their way to the infirmary

Only to find that no one is there

Manuela is frantically searching for Claude saying that

“He was just here a minute ago”

It ends up as Byleth’s responsibility to go find him

Byleth looks all over the monastery, talks to nearly everyone

When the sun began to set Byleth went back to their own room

and there is Claude sleeping in bed

Claude heard the door creak. He opens an eye to make sure it’s Byleth

His grin is from ear to ear as he looks at Byleth’s shocked expression

“Sorry Teach, your bed was just comfier, wanna join me?”  

He gets reprimanded the next day

Edelgard

She would have a girl

Sweet little babe that she would 100% kill for

Her motivations to better her country and Fodlan only grow stronger bc of her

When the child is a bit older, she teaches her how to fight. Axes, Adrestian magic, and swords are big for her.

Edelgard would start as a helicopter parent, but then mellow out when she sees the child is very capable.

Hubert is 10/10 best nanny

Edelgard wants to be a cool mom, but physically cannot.

She wants her daughter to be knowledgeable in all sorts of skills and will proudly teach them herself.

Dimitri

He would adopt a little boy from a town that Adrestia tore down

He would be maybe about 4 years old. He would protect him with his life

Before they were comfortable, Dimitri would offer his bed to the child, and he’d sleep on the floor.

His son loves his big floofy coat

Dimitri gives him extra food

Actually Dimitri would give him extra of anything he asked for

He spoils the hell out of him

Thinks his son is the best thing since sliced bread

Super Proud Dad!!

Teaches him lances, but he is open to whatever his son wants to learn

He just wants his son to have a good father since both of theirs died,,,

Claude

Would have a girl who is the light of his life

Is the cool dad

In a peaceful world Claude is also the cool uncle with the other children

Makes dad jokes like it’s his occupation

Claude would give fun piggy back rides

Calls his daughter Princess

She must know how to use a bow. MUST

Is the type of dad that wouldn’t even tell her there was a war unless asked

Claude likes to cook for her and even if it’s bad, he tries.

Can you use a baby as a prop for pranks? Claude can

Tea parties for his princess everyday.

Edelgard isn’t one to rant, but when she does she goes off

Marianne politely and patiently listens, nodding her head in agreement

Lysithea hardcore chimes in every three seconds, which lead to some heated discussion at the table

The meetings started out in jest when Ferdinand joked about it in passing

Edelgard decided to bring it to fruition because damn the crests

Lysithea is so vocal and passionate about the topic that she gets flustered and will need tea and cookies to soothe her

Which turns the meetings into lowkey tea parties

They talk about other topics besides crests after that

Enjoying tea while talking politics or the new training methods

They enjoy their time with each other, especially Lysithea and Edelgard

Debate and discussion are stimulating, plus tea and sweets? Yes thank you

Marianne enjoys their discussions and will chime in whenever she desires. The other two are interested in her perspective as well

The rest of the students are very confused why every week those three spend hours just ranting about crests and other worldly news

Byleth has a crush on one of the other professors

News spreads like wild fire in the monastery 

The main ones to gossip are Dorothea, Sylvain, and Hilda

Hilda loves a good show and will meddle in any sort of way to bring the two professors closer

Mysterious tea party set out in the courtyard?

Their respective students needing them at the same place, same time?

Lost item in front of Byleth’s door that belongs to the other professor?

Hilda likes to bring in Dorothea for thotty relationship inducing ploys

Sylvain 100% proposes that they all skip class so that the professors can have ~alone time~

It doesn’t work

Mercedes and Annette think the budding relationship is sweet and pick flowers to give to them

A lot of the more stoic students don’t care or are completely oblivious about it

Hubert has no idea what is happening

Felix couldn’t care less and would some times interrupt their private moments to ask a question

Of the three lords, Claude is in a similar meddling craze that Hilda is onto. They join forces to do whatever they see fit.

Dimitri supports Byleth but from afar and thinks that relationships should happen naturally.

Edelgard is aware, but thinks the focus of the professors (and everyone else) should be readjusted

She still thinks it’s pretty endearing though– in secret

I haven’t gotten up to the timeskip yet, so this really is just pure headcanons

Edelgard is thrilled to see Byleth

An ally and trusted professor? She really needs the support after so long

While many of their conversations are current events and politics, they make time for casual conversation

The always make sure each other is in good health

They ask about their day and what they are thinking at the moment

The idle chatter is comforting in a time like this

Edelgard values Byleth’s suggestions and thoughts greatly

Everything he proposes is note worthy

Ferdinand gets jealous

The pair is often seen together on walks or in their rooms

Everyone thinks it’s for battle planning

But in reality, it’s just hours of peaceful conversation

They sometimes talk about what they would do once their goals were accomplished 

Edelgard already knows deep down that there is no way that she won’t be spending every waking moment with him in a peaceful world

She would lay her head on Byleth’s shoulder and talk about this life plan that she has created for herself since she was a child. But she never thought about what would happen afterwards

Byleth enjoys her company and bluntly tells her so

It’s blush worthy to her

And while Edelgard won’t directly admit it at that moment, in her mind, she has already written in Byleth in her ideal future

Oh man, I love a good Dimitri/Edelgard promptSorry this is kinda long, I just,, love them a lot

Edelgard didn’t want to like him. She mainly saw him as an ally and a fierce competitor. But she admires his chivalry and welcoming nature. 

Dimitri finds her intelligent and authoritative aspects attractive

Plus her hair. And her face.

They stare at each other from afar all the time

Quick glances at practice battles, in between classes, and their free time. They like to keep tabs on each other.

Edelgard will offer Dimitri to eat lunch together often

They love to talk politics. Others can’t decide if this is considered flirting or not

PDA isn’t big with either of them. Dimitri would rather shower Edelgard in compliments and gifts in private.

Edelgard won’t admit it, but she loves all the sweet talk

Her blush makes Dimitri ascend

Edelgard is very forward when she knows what she wants

Dimitri is sometimes a push over to her commands, but he doesn’t mind

Even though they are both very capable. They are still protective of each other’s well being.

One of them is in the infirmary? You bet they are going to cater on them til no end.

They watch each other spar and give many pointers and suggestions.

Sometimes they get heated about that-- which country has the better tactics > which country is better

But they usually make up *wink wonk* :^)

Petty make out sessions happen a lot

They never tell each other “I love you” but they do through actions

Claude supports them 10/10

They save face due to their social standings, but they’re young and remind each other to try to make the most of it
