Once I saw this, I had to doodle the siblings... theyre just... so - silly and goofy. Mod Star mentions how they really enjoy a lot of siblings dynamics ( especially twins ) and I would say the same. I just love how the relationship between the both of them really!

that's a very valid fear, anon. unfortunately, not every therapist is good - but that doesn't necessarily mean that not seeking help is a better alternative. even when it comes to people who don't have issues like trauma, therapists are a huge help when it comes to processing thoughts and unlearning bad patterns & coping methods.

you can generally tell when a therapist is a bad fit for you or is a bad therapist within the first few sessions, and there's zero shame in stopping seeing a specific therapist for any reason. you can stop seeing them because their methods don't work for you, or they seem to be dismissing your thoughts & feelings offhand, or maybe you just can't shake a bad feeling about them. the therapist won't be offended if you change, no matter what your reasoning is! therapy is an incredibly personal experience, and therapists (especially good ones) know that their methods won't work on everyone. for most therapist centers, they have a website that includes information about their employees - generally these will be written by the therapists themselves, but you can at least read the information they provide for themselves and see if you're drawn to anyone in particular.
