at training on wednesday I was trying to do push-ups

I have a fucked-up shoulder and doing even just normal push-ups hurts a hell of a lot, and we were doing weird hard ones that hurt a hell of a lot more

and there was one that was mainly using the exact part of my shoulder that's destroyed

and I just

I couldn't do it

it hurt SO MUCH

and Addison was like "dude just stop seriously you don't have to do them there's ways to train without fucking yourself up it's okay just stop really"

oh god that would be so bad for my mental state

I dissolve into a puddle of misery and shame when someone tells me to do something that I can't do

like you don't understand I have pushed my body to the point of permanent injury because someone told me to do something and I couldn't bear letting them down

so if someone seriously told my body to stop hurting

I would be unable to make that happen

usually all my weird random pain only lasts a few hours

but this has been two days

I actually just punched my leg because I'm angry at it

kinda made it worse

So my mom induced labor with me early because her doctor was about to go on vacation and she wanted to get it over with before he left so they gave her this medicine to force her to have contractions and it like shocked my system or something and I like died??? Seven minutes went by with no heartbeat from yours truly and they had to emergency fist my mom and put all these monitors on my head and shit and my mom cried because she thought I was dead but then BOOM heartbeat jk I'm alive y'all
