I sprained my ankle bouldering and on one hand, I am very frustrated at my inability to do the many daily things I usually do; On the other hand, it makes me consider a bit of how physically and emotionally challenging certain aspects of life are for those who are permanently disabled in this way.
So I am thankful for this lesson the universe has given me in understanding others.
(While I have other chronic disabilities, I am not in anyway saying I know what itβs like to live with a long-term mobility disability, just that being temporary injured has left me with greater consideration of those humans that do. You guys are champs)
