Girls Gone Strong has a great mobility routine, that they actually use as a dynamic warm up before resistance training, but it would also be an awesome morning mobility routine by itself.

But truth be told, any kind of mobility work in the morning is going to help. If there's a specific body part that you're worried about, that you use a lot throughout your day or just usually wakes up achy or something let me know and I can recommend some more targeted exercises!
