Sex is all dependant on whether or not he likes you. Lets say he does. Its a work in progress. He's as gentle as he can be, but he is a giant dragon, so you're not always coming out unscathed. He does his best to take care of you afterwards.
Its also a test in stamina. You have a three headed dragon to please. Its going to take some time.
You know immediately when you're pregnant. Ghidorah becomes even crankier, and won't let any one near you. He builds you a nice nest, somewhere high and unreachable. He only lets one or two trusted doctors near you to make sure the pregnancy is going along fine.
Birth is made as comfortable as possible for you. You're monitored closely and given the best care. You'll have to have a c-section. The human body can do many wonderful things, but giving birth to a baby with any combination of claws, wings, scales, or horns is impossible really. It will most likely be a multi-birth. A tendancy towards twins or triplets.
As established above, Ghidorah likes you, you're his favorite. Once you give birth once, you can either live out the rest of your days raising the kids you have, or you can opt for another pregnancy. He'll give you as many as is safe for you to handle.
