I am loving how this silk hanky is spinning up. By far the finest spin I've ever done. My last experience with Tussah roving was a war with the fiber so I've avoided pure silk for years. Someone stop me from buying like 8 more hankies because my impulse control right now is low...

I have recently upgraded my loom with a side caddy for scissors and a LIGHT STRIP for Night Weaving, which shall now be done in superior comfort thanks to the weaving bench and table my grandpa made me. Pure luxury 💖

Working on these 2 lovely batts from Colibri Studios on Etsy. The yarn is coming out a bit more neppy/slubby than I typically use. Thinking about thread plying with some silk versus chain plying? Art yarn is outside of my comfort zone so this one may end up going up for grabs in a craft exchange since I don't know how to use art yarn...
