Me and my workout partner of the day! He was on top of making sure my sweat didn't get in the way of my workout. Kept me nice and clean...although I could have done without the fart directly in my face 30 sec into my last plank... ALSO. Gonna take a minute to talk about a little thing called confidence today. Note the WHITE spandex shorts I'm sporting. Got them in a "surprise 3 pack" from @iab_mfg. Did I expect to get white shorts? No. Did I think I'd ever, EVER wear them? Also no. But I did a thing today and sucked it up. I decided I'd give 'em a whirl with an at-home workout first. But then I pushed myself even further outside my comfort zone and wore them on a quick jog around my neighborhood. Did I get weird looks? I don't know, because I was too busy listening to my #squadup playlist, hyping myself up for the upcoming #mnvixen football season to care. So if you have a white pair of shorts, literal or metaphorical, the message of the day is nut up and wear them.
