ooh you teach a language? so cool!!! i just started to teach a language too and i had no idea it would be so hard T_T my students are basically the same age as me (and older!!) so it's so stressful to have them take me seriously T_T teach me your ways!
(( Hello there! Hm, teaching IS hard, it takes a big toll on you - emotionally and physically. You prepare for your students so much and it takes hours and hours to prepare for 1 simple hour, but no preparation is ever enough; as a teacher you are their role-model, you have to be an actor - you have to be uplifting and happy - but never lie about how you are feeling - they will know, you have to be neutral and love everyone the same. No matter how hard it can be. In the end of of the day - you take up a big part in the students life, as do they in yours.
I am a very goofy, happy person - I am a big klutz and I like cute things - which could make me look unbelievably not serious. But - the way you look, how old you are none of those things actually matter - you don’t care how old your students are, right? The way you present your material - what you want to teach them is what will help you gain respect. Are you knowledgeable, can you explain hard material in a way that will make them understand?
My students love and respect me - because I am always well prepared, I cater to their needs (their needs in learning, example - if they don’t want to learn a certain thing - we WILL still learn it, but with a different more fun method), I remember names and their lives - I try to know them more. Because the way they look when I remember certain things from their lives - is really cute. How happy they seem. I am happy when I see them understand and how they grow - it is such a great experience.
Teacher doesn’t mean - to be stern, dry and unforgiving.
A teacher searches for possibilities to make things easier, opens discourse and lets others talk, a teacher lets their students teach them back.
To gain respect is simple - you respect them. Respect is like a mirror - how you handle others will come right back at you~ Hopefully this was helpful and don’t forget! Have fun! That is the most important part! (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡ ))

But I feel content at the moment, behind this blog - not showing myself TOO much…(๑•́ ₃ •̀๑) Also..I am a little bit afraid of all the hate there is on Youtube and out in the open…there is so much drama and so much..pretending and I don’t know…BUT that only happens to BIG channels~ hehe~…SO …maybe…one day, who knows?(｡・//ε//・｡) ))
