1. of the fic you’ve written, which are you most proud of?
i’m only proud of my fics right after publishing them. give it a day, and i’ll start noticing all the flaws and i’m like “it could’ve been better” OTL but probably (if i have to pick) all of the stars because i had such a difficult time writing furuya. i stressed sooo much over that fic, but i was rlyyy happy when people complimented how i wrote him :)
4. what are some themes you love writing about?
- angst \o/
- dads (TALK TO ME ABT THE DAIYA BOYS AS DADS!!!)
- ... death... LOL (i love killing off characters and thinking up new ways for them to die why am i like this who hurt me)
- fantasy (the current fic i’m writing is kicking my ass tho groans for 1,000 years @ japanese mythology)
- romcoms (because i can insert fun dialogue into them like in sugar and we are beautiful, we are doomed)Â
- royalty (see all of the stars <--- i rlyyy want to write eijun as a prince someday)
5. what inspires you to write?
music!!! most of my fics are either a) based on a song/lyrics or b) named after a song/lyrics i also (rarely) get inspiration from prompts
8. is there a character you love writing for the most? the least? why?
even if the fic’s not abt miyuki, miyuki makes an appearance lmao i have this problem w/ mochi as well. i just find them rlyyy easy to write. miyu bc i feel like i have a good grasp on him and mochi bc his dialogue’s fun. as for least favorite character, it’d have to be furuya like bro ily but god damn do you know how hard it is to write when he only speaks like 5 words??? writing furuya is constantly editing his spoken sentences because i fear they’re too long for him and writing a lot of thinking. as a dialogue driven writer, furuya is my worst nightmare.
9. a passage from a wip

True to his word, Sawamura called later that evening, and Kazuya picked up on the third ring (because picking up on the first ring made it seem like he was desperate to hear his voice again—which he was, but Sawamura didn't need to know that). Of course, this backfired on him as the first thing that came out of the pitcher's mouth was "How come you didn't answer me on the first ring? Oh my god, are you okay? Do you need to go to the hospital? Oi, why aren't you answering me?". Kazuya laughed at this. "You sound more like Rei-chan than my boyfriend." (Kazuya couldn't see it, but Sawamura was blushing down to his nape.)
