I was one of many mixed kids at my school growing up and I learned to accept being mixed and that being mixed is beautiful. My biggest piece of #MixedIdentityAdvice is to realize that you are not a conglomeration of percentages and to accept yourself as whole. To me, it doesn't matter how much of what I am because at the end of the day, I am Black, I am Lebanese, I am Cherokee. They are all a part of me and I am a part of them, no if, ands, or buts about it.
