Then she dived, manically, on Husk and began to pull his wings to full span. "Hiya Husky. Anything to clean up here? Spew, cum, drink- anything. Really. I'll take anything!!!" She pushed herself back and forth, tugging on his fur as her eyes were wide and bloodshot. Niffty felt like she had cleaned everything... twice!

Unaware of what was going on, Husk kept cleaning the bar until he felt a tiny body jump on him. He startled for a second but knew there was only one person who would even consider playing with his wings like this.

"Nif, how many fucking times do I have to tell you not to do that?!" Did he look like a cat-shaped trampoline with wings?! Husk stared at her for a moment before he raised a brow at her. "Have you been sniffing the bleach again?" He mostly asked to know whether he was dealing with a normal Niffty or a high one right then. It was really hard for him to tell sometimes.

His smile grew when he heard that she was doing well. He was always worried that she wasn't taking the time to take care of herself. But being busy himself, he wasn't usually able to take the time to check in on her, as much as he hated himself for that. Noticing how Buddy was yet again trying to get his attention, Leon squatted back down to pet the pup. If he got yamper fur on his coat, then he didn't really care. The yamper was too adorable to ignore.

However, he returned his focus to Sonia as she began to answer his question, and he picked up on her tells that she was nervous about her new role. "Nia," he said as he stood back and pulled her into a quick hug, "there's no one better for this role. I'm sure your Gran would agree with me. Yeah, it's scary at first, but you'll do just fine." Letting her go, he took a step back so she could see his smile. "And if someone says otherwise, just tell them you got endorsed by the former champ. I'm sure that would shut them up."

"What? No, I don't."

Yes, he did.

Thankfully, Sonia decided to change the subject. "Oh no, not really. I just got some free time and thought I'd stop by. Just check in to make sure you're doing alright in your new role and all." Not to mention that Leon could also use a break. Getting the Battle Tower up and running smoothly was more work than he had thought. It was a great time filler since he didn't have his work as champion to worry about anymore. Just instead of battles and training, he now had to worry about paperwork and meetings. Something he was still trying to get the hang of, but like everything, he thought he was doing a pretty good job so far.

"Oh c'mon Nia, I'm not that bad."

So what if Buddy had to come to his rescue...Again. Leon would argue it was simply because the yamper had an excellent nose and could sniff his way back. Speaking of the yamper, he snuck a treat to Buddy before giving Sonia his full attention.

"Besides, how would the tracker help when you're in your lab and I'm at the Battle Tower most of the time? All you would know is I'm somewhere in there."

"I think someone just did," the rabbit replied with a smirk. Which was actually nice to hear. Being off duty today, she hadn't thought she would run into Moe. Not that she was complaining but she could have dressed up a bit more. However, to hear that Moe liked her outfit of choice did boost Rumi's confidence.

"Has anyone told ya that you look hot today? Maybe we could go somewhere to cool ya off?"

Hearing that had someone's tail twitching excitedly. Rumi even started to shift her weight around so one of her feet wouldn't start thumping. A few thumps managed to get in there but it wasn't the steady rhythm it otherwise wouldn't be if she wasn't being mindful of it. She didn't wish to come across as easy after all. Even if that was the case in terms of Endeavor's sidekick.

"I'm pretty sure the hot stuff here is you, firecracker~," the rabbit purred back. "But just mention the time and place and I'll make myself available~." It was great that she made her own hours and schedule. Though she was constantly on call, Rumi would definitely put herself as busy for the period of time that Moe gave her.
