A potentially super poignant stop at the 1618 Something Different vintage furniture store tonight during Jingle Eve in the Ivanhoe Village π Ms. Sandy came in singing to the bear for sale at the front of the store -- The Bear (Bare?) Necessities -- and I liked it so much I requested a replay. β© Voila. πΆ But moments after, as I looked upon the stuffed creature she serenaded, I wondered: IS this THE BEAR, the one & same I toted in the past across Park Avenue to Central Park to pose with marching bands from Notre Dame, FSU and others during the Battle of the Bandsβ π· His fur was so sun-bleached across most of him . . . except where he would have been wearing that Southern Tide polo, that Lacoste T, something celebrating Winter Park. β€ Maybe. π» Quite possibly. β³ Time does not drag, but marches on. π₯ One day we are here, and the next we are reflecting back upon it. π Cheers to fun, interesting and engaging types like Ms. Sandy . . . and, yes, Downeast Bear . . . for positively helping to mark Local time for me, so many others. β° Happy Holidays. ππ» Make them worth remembering. . . . #iluvwinterpark #iluvparkavenue #1618SomethingDifferent #ivanhoevillage #iluvlolo #ivanhood #DowneastParkAve #DowneastBear #MissSandy #drag #dragquuen #happyholidays #jingleeve #jingleeve2017 #winterparkfl #orlando #OrlandoIsWonderful (at 1618 Something Different)
