You could always wear a suit of armor all the time. Alternatively, you could try not to wrestle with them too vigorously. Whichever is easier, haha.

My 75lb German Shepherd was going after my new puppy and apparently I was in the way. So instead of going around me, I guess she thought the logical thing was to try and go through me…. My nose piercing is what did me in though >_<

Sounds very philosophical :) I had a nose bleed earlier but I didn’t come to any profound conclusions, but I’m guessing that’s because I was head butted by my dog….
I had a weird dream right before I woke up, so maybe that did it. And your dog headbutted you so hard you got a nosebleed? I'm envisioning you sitting down somewhere and it gets a full running start before leaping into the air and headbutting you. That's probably not what happened, but it makes me laugh.
