Hi, I'm very curious. Do you have any theories in mind about the return of Stormfront and her relationship with Soldier Boy in the past when she was Liberty? I have faith that they will use Gecko and she will recover. Obviously it's going to take a while, but it's very curious just to present a character capable of growing his limbs, who is a lab rat from Vought and now they have her in custody; and without limbs. 😂
To be honest, I have no idea aha I know that apparently in the comics the superheroes are marketed as being immortal or something, and when they sustain major injuries they’re then dosed up heavily on V to the point they’re basically brain dead just so that the public still thinks they’re immortal (or immune, or whatever). It’s possible they could go that route with Stormfront, but the TV show is so disconnected from the comics that it’s kind of hard to make sustainable theories for the show based on its source material.
Personally, I think they’ll just have her regenerate off-screen and then show up at the end of season three (or beginning of season four) healed, and then taking the role of the main antagonist -- her lab of supes is still a hanging thread, her grand plan has barely been touched upon so I feel like that’s still a hanging thread, and then her relationship with Homelander is also still a hanging thread (although obviously the aftermath of that will be dealt with in season three).
I’m definitely interested if whether or not we’ll be seeing more Liberty thanks to Soldier Boy -- her relationship with him would be interesting, there are multiple ways for it to be taken (it’s also possible they’ll make it so that they’ve never known each other though; guess it depends if Cash wants to return to the role). I’m also interested in seeing more of her past since it seems like she wasn’t a traditional Nazi while she was Liberty (there’s no Nazi imagery on her costume, it’s American-focused instead). I’m curious as to what drove her to “heroics,” considering she was rather upper-ranking within Nazi Germany. There’s a gap in her history that’s intriguing and seems to be ignored, although I guess it may also just not be important enough to talk about in the show lol
