OLLIE INOUE AS ROYHEI ARISU

arisu [ alice ] - extremely smart, unmotivated, and depressed guy who loves video games and at multiple points wants to die, but goes through his story arc eventually motivated to not just live through whatever is going on, but to also get everyone else through as well.

PARKER WALSH AS YUZUHA USAGI

usagi [ the white rabbit ] - an empathetic, knowledgeable, and caring individual who is determined to get back home. she is very athletic, and I know parker isn't the most athletic but imagine if she put all her theater motivation into mountain climbing instead. this is the only one where the ship doesn't really line up (arisu/usagi) but ollie and parker are very intent on dealing with this G situation so I think it works even without that. @walshparker

LINK CRAWFORD AS SHUNTARO CHISHIYA

chishiya [ the cheshire cat ] - an extremely clever, cold, and sarcastic person who you never really know where his loyalties lay, if they lay anywhere at all. he's kind of like a mirror of arisu without all the nice we're going to get through this together type stuff. he's got a lot of emotional depth in the show but I think someone said he's much more of a dick in the manga lmao. @ironlvngs

RHIA FALLA AS HIKARI KUINA

kuina [ the caterpillar ] - okay I actually had to look up what she was supposed to represent her being the catterpillar doesn't come across in the show at all but oh well. friendly, cheeky, and tenacious kuina gets along with everybody. which is very rhia to me. she also has a very touching story that hasn't got anything to do with rhia but it's good. @rhia-falla

ANYA SAETANG AS RIZUNA ANN

ann [ the white queen ] - ann is very smart, professional, and cool tempered like she's the type of woman I want to impress. she's so much like anya to me as well tbh. she's very science oriented, and wants to unravel the mystery of what is going on. she's just really cool and I really like her and that's how I feel about anya too. @anyaexe

NATE SHAW AS MORIZONO AGUNI

aguni [ the march hare ] - the strong silent type. kind of rude, wants to die for a good portion of the show. he punches a tiger out of the way at one point. but actually really a big softie. honestly I think this parallel is so close that em should put it on her character parallels, and might have been part of the inspo for me to even come up with this entire thing (not that I think em should watch the show or anything). @n8-shaw

JESSE HART AS TAKERU "HATTER" DANMA

hatter [ the mad hatter ] - a very complicated character. extremely charismatic, and larger than life. He kind of loses his mind in the show (by the time we meet him in the show he's way gone), but seemed like he started out with good intentions but I think the mental illness got him. And yes, part of the reason I made jesse and nate hatter and aguni is shart. @jessehart

MONTY RICHLER AS KODAI TATTA

tatta [ bill the lizard ] - just a normal hapless kind of guy who you can't help but like (at least I can't help but like). you know he's just normal. he's a handyman and like he's out here trying sometimes... sometimes. does he always do his best? no. does he always try? maybe. you look at him and you know he's the weakest link but I love him, everyone loves him. @montyrichler

HENI ASTOR AS AKANE HEIYA

heiya [ the door mouse ] - I thiiink she's supposed to be the doormouse but again it doesn't really come through unless you really look into it. Anyway she starts out as a mean girl in high school and becomes close with aguni, and like becomes a real badass. she's very cool and so is heni. @cinnamonfm

Mira Kano - G/Greer (she does gaslight arisu so hard he thinks he's in a psyche ward tho so kinda sassa)

Chota/Karube - together they form Sam sorry

Ginji Kyuma - I considered making him rhia but she fit kuina the best.

Keiichi Kuzuryū - Eddie. really smart, and tries extremely hard to keep everything as fair as possible.

Saori Shibuki - A lot of people? Cara, Milo, Sassa, Charlie, Ida...
