Although this holiday is about gathering and jolly spirits, there are some people who don't want to celebrate it for whatever reason it may be. Could be having issues with family and not want to be in the gathering, feeling unsafe during the holidays with families or friends due to any bad experiences from them. If you know people who doesn't like Christmas gatherings, let them know that its okay to not want to be a part of the celebration and that it is fine to enjoy the winter as regular as any other day. Don't force them to join just because for the gathering, the presents, the gossips and for family. But if you think it's too lonely to leave them be, let them know that they can celebrate it in a different way like being with people whom they trust and comfortable with to have fun in the snow, staying in the house or in group calls... or if not that's fine too. Respect their choices.

For those who aren't into Christmas, I still wish you a good regular holiday, staying warm and safe in your comfort space, wishing you the best through the reminding days before next year.

I know all of this doesn't make any sense to you, you can forget about it all but that's what I have been feeling about it. I can "contribute" and "celebrate" the holiday even though I'm not fond of it. That's doesn't mean I should ruin other people's fun and excitement.
