oh my god???? do you have ANY idea what high praise that is??? i haven't read owari no kakera (but i do own it) and knowing that i wrote shinjiro similarly to how he's written in a CANON BOOK??? wow... i mean i work really hard to keep him in character but sometimes it's hard to tell if i'm writing him accurately or writing him how i want him to be.

anyway, thank you for sharing that with me. this is a huge confidence boost. i'm very happy to know that i have his demeanor/descriptions down. and i love you. now if anyone else who has read the book would like to see for yourself if/how my portrayal of shinjiro matches up, here's my ao3:

It’s only available to registered users. I wrote it ages and ages ago and I just don’t think it’s that good. I kinda learned the hard way that most people who leave rude comments will do so hiding behind guest comments (hence why I don’t allow guest comments). Though fwiw I’ve never gotten any rude comments on my FoolMoon stuff lol.

I’m just not that proud of it. I know there are people out there who like it which is great but I wrote it years and years before I wrote the other works in the series and it’s just… not that good, imo. It barely even compares to the other works in the series, especially Lunar Eclipse. But it does have some things that are referenced in parts 3 and 4 of the series so it’s not wholly worthless. That being said, you don’t need to read it in order to fully understand the other works in the series. Though maybe some of my followers could give their two cents on that in the replies.

That story is about Kotone and how she handles the last few months of the game. How I think she would handle her depression knowing that her time is running out. I don’t think she just forgot like everyone else did.
