There are some dishes that always remind you of home. Pudina Rice ( Mint Rice) is one such dish . My mother makes the best tasting Pudina Rice . I think of her everytime I make it . Made it today to celebrate my parentβs wedding Anniversary ππππ. The rice got more mushy than it has to be but the taste was on point . Food surely is LOVE π made visible .
