How To Add A Home Property Value To Mint
If youâve added a mortgage to Mint.com, youâll also want to add your home property value as well.
Not only is it helpful to know how much your home is worth, Mint.com integrates with Zillow to give you realtime Zestimates so you can get a real-time estimate of your property's value.
Alternatively, you can manually add your home value to Mint.com as well. Either way, adding your home value is important if youâve added a mortgage so your Net Worth can be calculated accurately. For example, if you have a mortgage added but havenât added your home value, your debt-to-equity ratio will be majorly skewed.
