The stranger Emiko had just met had promised her a story. Emiko liked stories, fictional or not. And while there was a tiny voice in her head saying she might regret going along with this plan, she decided to silence it for now.

Finding a place to sit down with her new acquaintance, she turned to him. “Its quite crowded here today...now, I believe you promised me a story?” 

knight of cups: The most supportive person in your life just now?

A human with pale hair immediately sprung to mind. He was certainly supportive in the physical sense; he assisted her back home, allowing her to lean on him. Despite barely knowing him, he seemed very cooperative. If she remembered correctly, his name was Mikhail and he was married to his violin.

Fool:What’s the biggest risk you’ve ever taken?

“The biggestrisk I have ever taken,” she paused for a moment, taking a breath, “pursuing knighthood as a woman.Traditionally, Dragon Knights have been men, but this has been my dream sincechildhood. There have been many obstacles along the way, and there still are,but I am committed.”

Besides, she made an oath many years ago she intends on keeping.

Moon:Doyou have any recurrent dreams?

“I do, butthose are normal, right?”

Forte in fact had two different recurring dreams thatshe could vividly remember, and was grateful they weren’t of a nightmarequality. Sometimes she dreamt of bringing home cute monsters to keep as pets.She used to do such things when she was young, but in these dreams she was anadult

Her shift at the restaurant had gone for later than usual, all thanks to the surprise birthday party a group of tourists held for one of their friends. Monsieur Clement, in all his kindness, had offered up the restaurant for the festivities, which meant that there had been much partying (and working, for her) going on late into the night.

So by the time Felicity finds herself back at the inn, she’s so tired that she can barely keep her eyes open, stifling a yawn as she trudges along to her room, not at all aware of the man who had been standing in the lobby.
