Yes, it seems so! Not only Trondo but some of the dragons look to have hair... Specifically scaley hair. I have some examples: Lindar, Gildas, Astor, Gavin, Thor (long braid), Gunnar, Lateef... Among others.

Spyro Wiki Source says he has scaley dreadlocks. I don't know what does that exactly mean neither but ...Ey! it seems a thing in the Dragon Realms.

In the conceptual art Trondo shows long hair, even longer than in the final version (tbh I like this slightly more than the game version).

Not that he's a good fighter at all but he'd love to hang out with the members of the apartment when they're not fighting ❤️.

[ Yes he does! Everyone that inside the Apartments and Roster were mostly lured and abducted chosen by him! Something I want to start emphasizing on this blog is that there are definitely more All-Stars in the Apartments than just the fighters! The game itself features a lot of cameos from series like, Hot Shots Golf, Wipeout, Locoroco, etc- so, I don't think it would be too farfetched at all for Tilo to get an invite from Polygon Man! ]
