Happy Sunday all, hope your day is completly hangover free. Today has started of the most lazy way possible, that's what Sundays are for right. When I first started cooking it was about how many different things I could get on a plate, now it's about less is more. But a bigger taste per item. This is toad in the hole with new potatoes cooked in goosefat and thyme with minted peas sautéed in butter with shallots, a light onion gravy to finish. On my blog you can totally get the Yorkshire pud recipe and in order to create the mini toad in the holes you simply add halved chipolatas and bang its an extra meaty bite in the yorkies.
