He asks questions. Real ones. About tone. About phrasing. About why you chose that piece. and honestly that moment you start mentally levitating. first person to ask you who your fav musician is, who your role-model is, what´s you´re dream piece. THE questions you always wished someone would ask.
He watches you play, eyes thoughtful, already producing something in his head. has you sit on his lap, asks you to teach him something, lost between trying it out, or enjoying his view.

At first acts like he doesn’t care. Pretends he’s busy or that he isnt melting by the sound. But you see it, the smile tugging at the corners of his mouth while he leans in the doorway, arms crossed, absolutely failing at being nonchalant.
Eventually, you’re mid-piece when suddenly, there is warmth behind you. His height blocking the light. His breath at your neck.
“You play beautifully my love” he nibbles, deciding thats the time to confess

“Play your favorite piece,” he asks. and then when you do, he dances.
A full performance, built around your music. Every movement soaked in affection. You’ve played this piece a hundred times.
But it’s really hard to concentrate when someone is pouring love into the floor with every step.
You finish slightly breathless. he looks back at you, sweat dripping. "arent we a perfect couple sweetheart?"

Heart eyes. Always. like cant stop smiling at the mention of your talent, IS the one talking about it 24 7

but good thing that he did it all to get to the attention to you, waves at you from his introvert corner and umbrella drink while admiring you talking to people about your passion
“50/50 in relationships,” he says proudly. “Or whatever they call it.” he takes a sip. now too shy to ask for a refill

Teasing. Always. he feeds off rage baiting people, his love language at this pont!

he saw a tiktok of people tuning their s/o instrument so he made sure all the strings were facing the same direction straight up.

You explain how reaching a certain tone is super hard. How it’s fancy. How it takes YEARS. because its a super large reach and takes alot to master the technique to achieve that grip
He looks at the tiny part of the instrument you’re pointing at. Confused.
“Wait… which note? This?”
He grabs it. Reaches it easily. With his thumb and ring finger. not even sing his whole palm
“Honestly… did you buy this from the kids’ section?”

“We should do it again.” he says proud of both your performance

He hums and walks away, tossing a tissue box at you.
“tsk, look who’s impressed”

“Shush, love,” he says gently. “Before you drool on that innocent instrument.”
