These are my trusty references... And inspiration. Nothing is more beautiful than a well made parade set, especially if it is a Bohlin Made set. The small catalog is a reprint from the 1990's of a 1940's catalog. If you are not familiar with Edward Bohlin, he was an immigrant to the united states during the early 1900s. He was at first a cowboy but then fell into makig silver saddles and parade sets. He made sets for the Likes of: Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, Tom Mix, The Lone Ranger and most of the golden age of movies stars. The second book,is out of print and my copy is well worn. It is a book by a known expert James Nottage ( http://www.highnoon.com/bios/bios_detail_view.php?bioid=Bio0440) with Full Color pages of MANY Edward Bohlin rigs.
