#minecraft newbies

my boys,,

so does anyone remember early 2010s minecraft machinima series "Minecraft Newbies" by Kuledud3? it was very "of the era" in its humor and i would never recommend it to someone today in any serious capacity. it was good at the time but it was also so so bad. it was the epitome of its era, and im fucking obsessed with it.

is this partially spurred on by the fact that the moderator has been my highest kin for well over a decade now? yes, absolutely. i won't even pretend not to be biased.

but as is most things that become fannish, even bad series get fandoms via one simple question: "what if it was good?"

and now i sit here, contemplating.

what if Minecraft Newbies was good?

what if i did some worldbuilding shit(i enjoy) and made it an actual universal thing and joe is the main character of this hypothetical rewrite and i kind of go feral over it for several months(already foreseen)

so yah get ready bcs i wont be shutting up abt this anytime soon
