5 Songs in my Study Playlist/100 Followers Special
As a celebration for reaching 100 followers, which I did ages ago Iām just lazy as hell and also busy, I decided to give you guys a list of 5 songs I generally listen to while studying.
Alternate title: Lou gets a hundred followers and decides to celebrate by doing something she was going to do anyway.
Without further ado, I present: Five Songs in my Study Playlist
? Itās beautiful, itās gay, and I love it because itās beautiful and gay.
Oh, you meant you wanted me to talk about the song, not the anime. Well, the song is also beautiful. Also, it doesnāt have lyrics, which good for studying. If youāre like me and you hate classical music but still want to study to instrumentals, consider this song. Although itās calm and relaxing, itās emotional and interesting, especially if youāve seen the anime. Even if not, I recommend giving this song a try.
2. This is Gallifrey: Our Childhood, Our Home
This playlist would not be complete without one song from my favorite tv show soundtrack of all time, the soundtrack of Doctor Who. Iāve seen a lot of studyblr posts that say listening to video game or movie soundtracks is good for studying because theyāre designed to sound good while not distracting you from the video game or movie, and the same is true of tv soundtracks.
I like listening to this song because not only does it remind me of really great scenes in the tv show, it just sounds really cool, for lack of a better phrase. It just sounds so sweeping and epic⦠does that make any sense?
3. Unity
This is the song thatās only in my study playlist because I need to bribe myself to study somehow. Itās technically an instrumental, but thatās basically the only study-like thing about it. Itās energetic, loud, has a killer beat, and basically, other than the lack of lyrics (except for one short bit in the middle), I would expect to hear it at some kind of electronic pop concert (if thatās even a genre).
Itās probably not the best for studying, but I really donāt like classical, okay?
4. The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker-Main Theme
Confession time: I do not and have never played The Legend of Zelda, but about half the songs in my study playlist(s) are from it. Youāre probably wondering, Sue, why? How did you even find the songs in the first place if you donāt play The Legend of Zelda?
Well, it ultimately comes back to my brotherās friendās SoundCloud Playlist. My brotherās friend is really into The Legend of Zelda, and my brother made me follow his friendās SoundCloud, and here I am.
I can tolerate studying when itās to this song because I love to study to this song because itās long, repetitive without being boring, and just gives me a happy, nostalgic vibe? It doesnāt distract me, and itās really calming.
5. Trust
Let me tell you about this YouTuber. He plays the cello and does covers of songs and composes his own sometimes and heās just all around amazing. If you can only listen to one song on this list, listen to this one.
It was incredibly hard to choose which of his songs to put on this list, but I ultimately chose one of his original compositions because itās just so beautiful? The title of the YouTube video says itās for anxiety and stress relief, and let me tell you. It works.
Thatās not to say you shouldnāt check out his other stuff- you totally should- but thereās something special about this song.
This concludes Sueās 180 followers late i kid u not 100 Followers Special. The next Followers Special will be brought to you when Sue reaches 500 followers because that will give her more time to procrastinate. In the meantime, let her know if you would like to hear about more songs in her study playlist.
