Remember that War is not the answer. Inner conflicts start external wars. Peace starts with you. Try beginning by recognizing your inner thoughts and feelings without judging them, without labeling them as good/bad, accept what is and then learn to let them go. Practice by choosing love over hate whenever the opportunity arises.
