A New Year’s Dissolution for 2020: Instead of a resolving to ‘accomplish’ something this year, I decided to start releasing things! My first dissolution is May anxiety and discouragement dissolve into the wisdom of accepting paradox. I find it a good reminder that Bearing Witness to the chaos and suffering in the world should not also grind us into the dust. We need to be resilient in order to be helpful. It's all really about deepening our connection with our Inner Self and those around us; seeking that which is hidden in plain sight; the revitalizing spirit of Play; and the Resilience to engage courageously with the world around us.
