I can see through my forehead! This is what happened to me this morning 3 times. I was laying in bed and suddenly aware of seeing the illuminated white curtains in the room. My vision being aware of the stillness and colour of the fabric in the darkness. Almost like the moonlight shining through the window, but the light from the garden lamp outside. I was sure I was wearing my mindfold eyemask to block out all light. I thought to myself, perhaps it slipped off while I was asleep. Searching for my eye mask, I was still wearing it, but could still see in the room, I then clicked out and fell asleep. I am sensitive to light in the room when I am asleep I need to cover my eyes, otherwise I find it hard to switch off. Still being in that place Inbetween dreams and awake and woke up again experiencing the same phenomena, again fell asleep. The third time it happened, I wanted to test the phenomenon, so with my physical hands I waved my hands in front of my face still wearing my blindfold and I could see my shadowy hands. I said quietly outloud, "This is so cool"!! Whilst talking about my first experience the night before, most likely activated the experience. The first time I meditated, I was 16 years old and I had my first consciousness beyond the body experience and experienced the same thing seeing through my eyelids and I did the same thing with my hands.
