idk if this is an unpopular opinion per se (and i might get flamed for this) but tears on a withered flower would be so much better if mincheol was the ML ik what you're thinking but hear me out So often people get back with their exes that cheated on them. I've always wondered...why??? But when I first read their backstory, I could kind of understand why Haesu stayed with him all those years. I'm just saying it would be more interesting than whatever we have going on if Micheol went through some type of redemption arc. People forgive ML's for killing and lying but cheating is where we draw the line. It's not like I'm entirely sympathetic towards him, that stupid carrot messed up really bad, but he's just so interesting. I'm not a Mincheol apologist, I'd be fine even if Haesu never took him back. I'm just saying the story is so reliant on him that they have the potential to explore his character further. disclaimer again that this is just one opinion amongst many others on this manhwa 😭
