Alina needed to win this war. Nikolai needed to win this war and protect his country. What had once seemed a completely laughable idea was now their way forward. Alina had already agreed to it, much to Nikolai’s surprise.

The future king of Ravka and the sun summoner, coming together to form an alliance. Not just political. Alina had agreed to pretend to be in a relationship with Nikolai until the enemy had been destroyed and the war had been won. Why? Because Nikolai was right. They were stronger together. And if pretending to be the future queen of Ravka made Ravka strong and their enemies weak, then she’ll do it. She’ll do it for Grisha, for Ravka, for her people.

irl, this one dude from uni? we met each other last year but we like became friends this year. he's v cool and v smart and it's always fun to talk to him,,, other than that i haven’t met anyone new irl xfxfdf
