Jaebum is honestly that bitter ex. The one that wants you to think of him and be in pain that you lost him. When in reality he’s the one writing sadboy hours™️ songs and obsessing over you, probably checking your social media to make sure you aren’t having more fun than him, hoping you’re regretting losing him, cursing you and wishing you’d never find happiness — because, to him, he was it and you fucked it all up. He wants you to want him back, just so he can turn you down and hurt you back. Except he still wants you. Man, I would not want to be the person that hurt Jaebum.
Y’all really made him have to say multiple times in the same vlive that he is not going to marry you — he isn’t your boyfriend — he just wants to be your performer and inspire you. I really cannot grasp the mindset some people have to not be able to separate fantasy from reality. Sure, you can imagine all you want — but remember that’s not real life. These are real people. Imagine asking someone you’ve never met to marry you. Or maybe you’ve met them a couple times, but only for a few moments. How do people not understand how to give their idols space and respect them and their privacy? Don’t call yourself a fan if you’re this way please — intentionally invading your idol’s privacy and making them uncomfortable is not behavior a true fan would ever exhibit.
