I feel like she would get into doing a lot of art. In particular woodcarving. Most obviously it matches her claws, but it also a way of leaving her mark behind. We see her do that all the time from needlessly scratching things to having put art up on hers and Adora’s bunk.

I can also see her doing sketching and painting as well. Adora is her muse. Though she also loves to draw Melog, best friend squad and super pal trio.

Physical activity is something that is important to Catra (it irks me how often people underplay this or outright deny it). I see her taking up rock climbing and she excels at it. She likes the solitude of the climb and the ability to center herself. It also allows her to connect to Etheria in a way few get to experience. She’s often the first one to scale a cliff and go places no one has been to before.

Adora comes with her on her rock climbing adventures, often paring it with hiking and exploring. But Adora was never a good climber, at least not compared to Catra, so Catra has to drop a line for Adora to scale the cliffs to follow her.

Catra is really into food along with Adora. Having been raised on nothing but ration bars and contraband being few and far between they have a lot to learn. Adora and she love to plan get togethers at restaurants and travel around to try new foods they haven’t had before. Often this is with Bow and Glimmer, Glimmers teleportation is real handy here, but their number one partner is Lonnie, Kyle, and Rogelio. They have similar experiences and similar drive to try new things, those three actually start a restaurant together in the former Fright Zone.

That’s a good question. If you’re wanting me to name a gem type from the ones we know currently, that’s pretty difficult. I don’t really identify with any of them much. Perhaps I’d be a Peridot, if pressed (ha... pressure..geddit.). 

that movie destroyed me ><

Oooh, since I’ve already done one forAmedot, I’ll try Jaspearl. I haven’t really written it or even allthat much of Jasper, so let’s see how this goes! 

who hogs the duvet—Jasper. Listen, no matter how large the bed they share is, Jasper wants all of that space to herself. Pearl sorta has to fight her for it.

who texts/rings to check how their day is going—Pearl. She knows it’s important to let Jasper know that she cares about her well-being, no matter how much times she needs to do so.

who’s the most creative when it comes to gifts—Pearl. She’d be so over the top, but Jasper appreciates it. 

who gets up first in the morning—I imagine they both do. And I giggle at the idea that they end up having a kinda sorta competition as to who can get up first until it’s 3 a.m. And they end up laughing over their own antics.

who suggests new things in bed—Maybe Jasper. I don’t know why I don't see either of them being that forward in bed, though. 

who cries at movies—Jasper. Reason being that Pearl doesn’t really cry at movies, nor can she really see why people make a big deal out of them. Jasper, however… totally into them. 

who gives unprompted massages—Pearl. She’d be a damn good masseuse.

who fusses over the other when they’re sick—Pearl. Maybe Jasper would, too, but that’s mostly because (let’s say gems can get sick) she’d have no idea what to do. But Pearl fusses over everything, so this is no different. 

who gets jealous easiest—Pearl. Despite how I can see Jasper being so, too, Pearl’s… Pearl. We love you, girl.

who has the most embarrassing taste in music—I want Jasper to get into the really “emo” bands. I’m talking Evanescence and everything. Not because she’s in an emo phase or anything; she just really connects with them. 

who collects something unusual—Jasper. Except she doesn’t think they’re unusual. She just knows that they’re Earth things that she hasn’t seen before. 

who takes the longest to get ready—Jasper. All that hair, and we’ve seen her with eyeliner! She wants to look good!  

who is the most tidy and organised—Jasp—just kidding, Pearl. 

who gets most excited about the holidays—Pearl. She finds the traditions odd, but wants to share them with Jasper who doesn’t really know much about them. 

who is the big spoon/little spoon—Jasper’s the little spoon and Pearl’s the big spoon because I think that’s a cute image

who gets most competitive when playing games and/or sports—Jasper. She will DESTROY you at everything from Volleyball to Candyland.

who starts the most arguments—Jasper, probably. She blows up more than Pearl, even if she doesn’t mean to. They get through their arguments, though, once they both cool down.  

who suggests that they buy a pet—Jasper. She saw this cute dog one day at the beach, took it to claim as her own, and didn’t realize until Pearl scolded her that it belonged to someone else. Now she wants her own. 

what couple traditions they have—They go to old battlefields and somberly reminisce over old tales from the war. They were on different sides, yes, but something about sharing stories with someone new feels so… strange and interesting. 

what tv shows they watch together—listen, I’ve read my good chunk of Jaspearl fanfics, and because of that (and plenty of Jasper fan art), Jasper would absolutely try to get Pearl to watch Sailor Moon with her.

what other couple they hang out with—Amethyst and Peridot because I said so :3 

how they spend time together as a couple—they practice their fighting at the arena because that’s what warrior girlfriends do!

who made the first move—Pearl. Jasper wouldn’t be too sure how to move forward, and she wasn’t sure if Pearl would really like her like Jasper likes her. While Pearl isn’t always that perceptive of other’s feelings, well, she has her moments and she catches on quick.

who brings flowers home—Jasper. She knows it’s a romantic gesture, although she’s super awkward about it, because what’s so special about plants? Pearl seems to appreciate it, though. 

who is the best cook—Pearl, out of the two, but I can see her teaching Jasper and Jasper getting the hang of it.
