Ingredients: 2 cups chocolate chips. 1 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/2 cup malted milk powder. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup crushed malted milk balls optional.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. This should take about 2-3 minutes in total. Stir in the malted milk powder, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. If desired, fold in the crushed malted milk balls for added texture and flavor. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it sets completely.
