Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup strawberry preserves. 1/2 cup blueberries. 1/2 cup raspberries. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/4 cup milk.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined. Gently fold in the strawberry preserves, blueberries, raspberries, and white chocolate chips. Add the milk to the dough and stir until the dough comes together. Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve the Very Berry Milkshake Cookies with a glass of cold milk and enjoy!
