1973 - 1975 WELBILT ROOM AIR CONDITIONERS
Welbilt started to phase out room air conditioner production in 1973.  Manufacturing the “Mighty-Mite” (top photo) and “Power Master” series models only for 1973.  Welbilt would make versions of these models one last time in 1974 before closing down room air conditioner production in the U.S.A.  Only to start up again, on a smaller scale, in 1975 (photo two).  This time the units would be manufactured by Tadiran Appliances Ltd. in Israel using the original Welbilt tooling.
