The presence was noticed at midday, cloud cover minimal enough to let the sun’s rays shine on the campus courtyard. They’d seen her around before, a flash at the corner of perception as they went to and from class. Their first meeting had been brief, Haneul helping collect scattered textbooks, but those keen eyes had yet to notice anything nefarious. In fact, a healthy dose of endearment had built. The woman was cute, and thanks to Jaehee they were weak for anything cute. So, once they’d settled into a seat at one of the outdoor tables, they made eye contact with her. Once her attention was assured, they patted the space beside them in invitation. A soft smile settled upon plush lips.

Being a wallflower was such a strange feeling in Kiyeol’s opinion. Sure he wasn’t a social person to begin with; that’s why he stays in his apartment. But coming to a social event to just sit against a wall seemed kinda pointless. Why was he at this event where the whole point was to socialize and dance with each other. A small piece of him was even envying the couples and friends who were dancing together. Kiyeol wondered if he would ever find someone like that someday. Whilst people watching he noticed there was another wallflower in the crowd. He let out a small smirk and decided to creep on the person. He slid in beside her and nudged the girl with his shoulder. “Fancy meeting you here... Mijin~” he smiled. “Parties aren’t... your thing either?”
