idk how much it interests you but all parts of the first chapter of Withering Heights have been translated, read through again, put together as one, have been read through again so im like almost done but for the next part imma wait a month or so because I wanna read it again with a clearer mind and without the English phrases in the back of my mind to see if it can be read nicely enough :D (<- is genuinely happy but also kinda exhausted from wrecking their brain for the right translation)

hmm... my advice for you is to write for your own enjoyment and not worry too much about the quality or performance of the fic. as long as you had fun making it you succeeded. people always tend to forget that ao3 is an archive of fan works, not a social media platform 💗
im aware how hypocritical i sound rn because of my extremely public hate of sesumdn etc etc but this is mistakes i make constantly and advice i genunely wish i could follow myself — hence why you're getting it 😭

yeah i also learnt this right after posting withering heights chapter 2 and by then it was a bit too late. i took the title withering heights as a reference to the minecraft achievement and also because one of the core themes is the heights of society withering away from corruption — if that makes any sense at all?
withering heights is really different from wuthering heights tho 😭
