A traditional Middle Eastern coffee with a unique preparation method.
Ingredients: 1 cup of water. 2 heaping teaspoons of finely ground Turkish coffee. Sugar optional.
Instructions: Boil water in a cezve small coffee pot. Add coffee and sugar if desired. Stir and let it simmer without boiling. Pour into a cup, allowing the grounds to settle.
