Not Just a Tricep Activator! This is a HUGE stretch for one of the most overactive muscles in the neck that contributes to Forward Head Posture: Levator Scapula. Count One: tuck chin in, rotate head as far right as possible, press head back into hand and push elbow up and away as you depress left shoulder blade.
