Been looking into micronations after stumbling upon their existence, these are small self declared nations not recognized internationally (except by other micronations) but also too small for the big nations to bother contesting. Some of these are jokes but apparently others are genuine statecraft experiments.
I've already found two mysterious Celtic ones. One supposedly located in the Americas called Tir Na Nog (on a keyboard right now that can't do the accents to spell it properly) which I know of through banknotes from it. A link I found to a website from them was dead, but the website with the link had dead links to both a Republic of and Kingdom of Tir Na Nog.
The other is the Kingdom of Elysdia, the only source for it online appears to be MicroWiki, a wiki dedicated for micronations. I cannot find any other evidence of its existence, the wiki claims it is on an artificial island in the Mid-Atlantic Ocean. Supposedly ruled by King Jacob I and founded in 2024, but part of me wonders if the wiki writers made it up.
Oh wait a second, I found a result from something else. A bot on some AI chatbot website called Poe, the bot is named MotherSeravelle and is described as the 'Personification and Embodiment of Elysdia.' And the creator of the bot is named Jacob C Heinze. King Jacob?! Is the king of this Celtic utopia a guy who made a post saying 'need a scarlet witch roleplay bot frfr' (guess who the first bot he made is based on)
This would in fact be in character as the wiki article on the Kingdom of Elysdia mentions AI-managed utilities. Could those articles just be roleplay from this guy?
