If you don't fish and have absolutely no interest in fishing, this post will mean nothing to you.
A long time mutual here sent me a box of fly tying materials in the mail.
I may have mentioned it to him at some point in the past (but I don't recall doing so) but I have been looking for one of these Mustad #32 crystal fly tying hooks for over a decade and they are harrrrrd to find.
There is a similar one available on Ebay that is also hard to find and the guy in Canada is charging 8$ per hook plus 12$ shipping, but it is not this hook. I have never actually seen one of these in real life and have only seen a few posts about them online.
Anyway, when I found it in the box I got chills and felt like I was holding the holy grail. I realize that I am geeking out a little bit but this is the smallest hook ever made and I plan to cherish it for a lifetime.
