Mitchell hated morning light some mornings. Sometimes it shone right in through the window and into his eyes, right where it had no business being. He pulled the comforter over his face, groaning, and trying to get comfortable again. 

Unfortunately, Apollo had it in for him today, and Mitchell decided it was probably time to get up. Mitchell started to roll over to get up, and Malcolm followed him and threw his arm around Mitchell’s waist. “Don’t you go anywhere.” Malcolm mumbled into the nape of Mitchell’s neck. 

Mitchell rolled back over. Malcolm’s eyes were barely opened, but he still managed to find Mitchell’s lips. When he pulled away from the kiss, Malcolm’s eyes fluttered open, and the corners of his mouth pulled up into a smile. “You’re not getting out of this bed all day, if I have anything to do with it.” Malcolm informed him. 

Mitchell was always a fan of lazy days in bed, but it was usually him who demanded them. Smiling back, he decided to tease Malcolm. “How can you be so sure about that?” 

Malcolm rolled over so that he was hovering over Mitchell. He didn’t say anything, he just hooked one hand behind Mitchell’s neck and pulled Mitchell’s face up to meet his. Malcolm kissed him deeply, gently biting Mitchell’s bottom lip. Mitchell wrapped his arms around Malcolm, unable to resist, melting into the warmth of his boyfriend and the sun. 

“Stay here.” Malcolm whispered against Mitchell’s ear.
